SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the uniqueness and specialty builds unique to each client, coach, trainer, and athlete, we currently can not guarantee a shipping time frame and deadline. When an order is place we will automatically contact you with an update and estimate on completion. We will keep you informed of the progress with your equipment in all aspects of fabrication and completion.
We usually tell our customers that it will take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to complete, ship, and arrive at the final destination. There are many factors that are added into the process.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the uniqueness and specialty builds specific to each client, we do not offer any exchanges or returns. If a piece of equipment is fabricated incorrectly and breaks at the welds, we will do our best to help replace that section within the first 30 days.
