USER MANUAL

WAIST BELT

  1. Put the webbing back through the safety lock.

  2. There will be extra webbing past the safety lock.

  3. Pull the safety lock far enough to not have dragging webbing.  

  1. Put the webbing back through the safety lock.

  2. There will be extra webbing past the safety lock.

  3. Pull the safety lock far enough to not have dragging webbing.  

  1. Put the webbing back through the safety lock.

  2. There will be extra webbing past the safety lock.

  3. Pull the safety lock far enough to not have dragging webbing.  

Once the waist belt is secured tightly,  the back of the belt should look like below with no twisting of the webbing and buckles. 

THIGH STRAPS 

  1. Pull one of the thigh straps high near the crotch and pull it as tight as possible.

  2. Do the same to the other leg, pulling as tight as possible. 

Once the waist belt and thigh straps are positioned correctly, everything should be tight to the body, with no room for movement.

FOOT STRAPS 

  1. The foot straps have adjustable velcro on the top and bottom of the apparatus.

  2. If the footstrap will not slide over the foot to tighten, you will have to adjust the top and bottom adjusters.

  1. Start with the top adjuster and try the it again on the foot.

  2. If it is too small, then adjust the bottom adjuster.

  3. This might take a couple tries before you get the hang of it.

  1. Once you get the correct positioning, the D-rings will be even on both sides.

  2. Do the same thing to the other foot.

Once you get the foot straps on, you can then attach the bands you want to use for the specific workout and exercises.

BANDS AND COMPLETION

  1. Keep the bands you are not using off of the straps.

  2. You can use a single rubbing pad for a single band or double up the rubbing pad for two to three bands.

  1. The rubbing pads will protect your skin from teh metal and webbing on the bands.

  2. They should be even on both sides of the feet.
